Terms and Conditions for Getbrand Domains
Usage of Getbrand domains is subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned here under. Upon buying a domain at getbrand.gold you are agreeing to use the Service with these Terms and Conditions as it is under all applicable laws and regulations.
Domain Registration and Payment Terms
The registration of the domain name is for a minimum of 1 year, paid for in advance. Failure to renew after paying the required renewal fees will result in the unavailability of the Getbrand.gold service. Getbrand.gold will inform you of the renewal due, but it's not their responsibility to give advance notifications. Responsibility for renewing the service lies with you.
You can place an order via various payment methods, including Credit Card, Net banking, UPI, etc. When using a Credit Card, you authorize Getbrand.gold to charge your credit card account in advance for the full price of the Service for one year or more as per your order. While Getbrand.gold will make every effort to provide the service upon payment realization, technical or other reasons may prevent service availability, leading to a refund of payment as the sole compensation.
Registration Information and Responsibilities
The registration process requires you to provide specific information. You must promptly update the provided information to keep it accurate and complete. This information includes:

The legal name and postal address of the Registrant (the Domain owner/holder).

The Domain being registered.

The full legal name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and, when available, fax number of the administrative, technical, and billing contacts for the Domain.

The name of the primary nameserver and any secondary nameserver for the Domain. In case it is not provided, Getbrand.gold Dns will be taken by default.
Getbrand.gold maintains records related to your Registration, including creation dates, application submission dates, payment records, expiration dates, and other activities between you and Getbrand.gold regarding your Registration and related Services.
Changes in Fee Structure and Violation of Terms
Getbrand.gold will book a domain name for you only after payment realization, and the service will commence subject to the availability of the domain name. Even after service commencement, Getbrand.gold reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services in the event of payment default, such as a denied credit card charge.
Getbrand.gold may, at their sole discretion, change the Fee Structure at any time without prior intimation, but this change will only apply to future periods. Violation of the terms and conditions will result in the cancellation of services without refunds. Non-usage of the service does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the payment. The overall management of your domain name rests with Getbrand.gold.
